About Client

A leader in the Nigeria Pension industry, Fidelity Pension Managers, was first incorporated as Alliance Management Limited. They went by this name until 2007, when a name change became necessary to further their mission of providing safe and rewarding pension services for a happy retirement.

Challenge

Due to the general public's perception that pension is only for the working class and elderly, Fidelity Pension Managers struggled to reach the youth and entrepreneur demograph. They also wanted their communication to be more relatable and capable of eliciting a reaction from all age ranges, thus improving their awareness and visibility in the digital space.

Our Solution

Although financial brands often communicate technically, we managed to infuse humour into our weekly products and services deliverables. This allowed for relatability and connection to their younger TA. Also, using lead generation and strategic communication tactics, we educated and engaged the brands' TA, leveraging digital marketing to drive increased sign-ups and #FIDAPP usage.
