Transforming from offline to an online one-stop-shop.

Prestige Shopping is a Ghana-based electronic goods retail company. The company has been in operation for over 20 years & have been in partnerships with popular brands such as Bruhm, Nasco, Fairmate, etc to market and sell their products.

After several years in direct sales, Prestige wanted to create a one-stop-shop for all kinds of electronic products.

Our challenge was to create a platform for customers with a complete description of products, prices and also provide them with an avenue to compare brands. We were also asked to add value through blogs and emailers to target customers. Prestige wanted its brand presence to be strong online and position as a leader in the retail electronic products trade landscape.

We hit the streets to find what stood out for the Ghanaian consumers in the e-commerce space. We found out that there was a problem of trust but also realized that with added value, we could make it work. We tapped into key standouts for the target audience.

We came up with an interactive-cum-functional website and planned integrated digital marketing campaign to help them position as a leader in the e-commerce space in Ghana.

We also designed their social media presence and started generating content, which not only engage the target audience but also enticed them to purchase the products or inquire about it.
